The privacy of the customer’s personal data is important to Kenzly. Therefore, we consider it necessary to inform our customers about data being collected, the purposes of such collection, requirements for retention and rights related to the processing of the personal data.

For the avoidance of doubt, this privacy policy applies to personal data processing which is conducted in relation to a customer who is a natural person (hereinafter “Customer”) where Kenzly acts as a data controller.

Kenzly has the right to unilaterally supplement and/or amend the privacy policy from time to time. We undertake to notify the Customer about such changes.

If the Customer does not agree with any or all terms of this policy or any possible changes to it, then he/she should immediately close the website and cease using the services provided by Kenzly.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it?

In this section, you should note what personal data we collect from users and site visitors. This may include personal data, such as name, email address, personal account preferences; transactional data, such as purchase information; and technical data, such as information about cookies.

Personal data is not just created by a user’s interactions with our site. Personal data is also generated from technical processes such as contact forms, comments, cookies, analytics, and third party embeds.

By default, we collect also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection., and only collects the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users. However, some of our plugins may collect personal data. You should see the relevant information below.

When visitors submit Comments, Listing, Ads, Jobs, courses, Topics, Events, posts and subscribe to free or paid membership on the site we collect the data shown in the form include full name (surname and given name), gender, personal identification code, date of birth, nationality, data concerning whether the Customer is politically exposed, URL of a Portfolio or LinkedIn profile, Social profile, contact postal address, email, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms and support system

We keep contact form submissions for a certain period for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Kenzly has implemented the following Google Analytics features:

  • Remarketing;
  • Google Display Network Impression Reporting;
  • Demographics and Interests Reporting.

We along with third-party vendors, such as Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies or other third-party identifiers together to compile data regarding Customer interactions with ad impressions, and other ad service functions as they relate to our website.

What data breach procedures we have in place

We protect customer data with the following site features:

  • We are entirely using SSL/HTTPS throughout all our sites. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so personal identifiable information is never captured by third parties without authorization.
  • Databases are sanitized (actual user personal details are removed) before deploying to development or testing environment.

In case of a data breach, System administrators will immediately go through affected users and will attempt to reset passwords if needed after informing the user.

Payments

We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
